Restored Horsebox Trailer Mobile Gin – Fizz -Craft Ale – Cocktail -Bar for Wedding and Festival Hire Business. This trailer has undergone a full restoration from top to bottom with fine attention to detail that shows throughout the trailer and will certainly make you stand out from the crowd. We started the build process by fully stripping the trailer down to a bare shell and I mean bare!!! It was then time to visit the sand blaster to have all the old paint and any rust blasted away, the next process was to Etch prime the shell which protects the steel from rust, next a roof was fabricated from new sheet steel and fixings, then the front and rear serving hatches were fabricated giving this trailer purpose and after this the entire trailer had 2 coats of primer sprayed onto it and after sanding this to achieve a smooth finish the final 2 coats of top coat were applied to give it the finish you see today. The next step was to fit brand new tongue and groove sides to the trailer which were coated in 3 coats of Ronseal wood preservative, then all the steel units and shelving to the inside were measured and welded together to make up the interior work area / storage. All steel was left in its raw state to give it that industrial feel and then clear coated for protection, the cupboard sides are sheet steel and sprayed matt black to match the matt black roof. The trailer in the pictures has a front and a rear serving hatches, the current trailer that is nearly ready has the same serving hatch to the rear but has also got a large serving hatch to the side of the trailer. This trailer will also have two round sinks and copper mesh detailing. The interior includes the following. Galvanised steel conduit runs throughout to feed the 2 double sockets above the work surfaces right through to the Vintage Led fully dim-able light bulbs to ceiling. Prodis triple glass fronted bottle chiller with sliding lockable doors in black. Stainless steel round sink with plumbed in waste. Triton instant hot and cold water unit. 25 Ltr fresh water tank. 3x double sockets giving ample power outlets. New exterior plywood flooring and covered in Polysafe commercial vinyl flooring in grey colour. The exterior consists of. 4 x New tyres. Wheels sand blasted and fully sprayed to match exterior paint finish. Brakes fully serviced and in perfect working condition. New electrics and plug to rear lights. Brand new hand craft steel roof in matt black (Interior and Exterior). Stainless steel screws used throughout. Serving hatches fabricated to front and rear. Rear hatch features gas struts for ease of use. Hand crafted wooden rear ramp in matching style. Hand crafted steel framed tongue and groove wooden side door.
